Everything You Need to Know Before Ordering

Clear answers on dimensions, materials, care guides, and secure checkout so you can style with certainty.

Sizing & Scale

How do I ensure the scale and dimensions fit my room?

Every product listing on Moxie Glams includes detailed length, width, height, and weight measurements in both inches and centimeters. Before ordering vases, wall sculptures, or table lamps, we recommend mapping out the dimensions on your shelf or wall using painter's tape. This prevents the common surprise of an accent piece arriving either too small for a large mantle or overcrowding a compact entryway console.

Materials & Cleaning

What materials are used and how do I clean my decor pieces?

We prioritize durable ceramic, brushed alloys, solid cast iron, matte resins, and natural linen blends that resist fading and daily wear. Each piece includes specific maintenance instructions on its product card. As a general rule, matte ceramics and sculpted figures should be dusted with a dry microfiber cloth, while glass and metal accents can be wiped down with a mildly damp lint-free towel without chemical abrasives.

Modifying & Canceling Orders

Can I modify or cancel my order after checkout?

Because our fulfillment team moves quickly to verify inventory and box delicate items, you have a 2-hour window following order placement to change shipping addresses or cancel an order. Email support@moxieglams.com immediately with the subject line 'URGENT CANCEL' alongside your order number. Once a package is palletized and handed to the postal carrier, it must be handled through our standard 30-day return policy upon arrival.

Lamp Safety FAQ

Are electrical accent lamps safe and certified for home use?

Yes. All corded and rechargeable LED table lamps, ambient sconces, and novelty lights sold by Moxie Glams use standard 110V-240V compatible components, low-voltage safety adapters, or USB-C charging ports. Detailed bulb specifications, lumens, and color temperature profiles (warm white 2700K vs. neutral 4000K) are clearly marked on every individual lighting page.
